Working in tandem with the CIUSSS-ODIM's Quality, Assessment, Performance and Ethics Directorate, Dr. Sylvie Lambert is playing a key role in the implementation of the Government of Quebec's Plan pour mettre en œuvre les changements nécessaires en santé.
Dr. Lambert is conducting a survey that measures the satisfaction of health care users and their loved ones. Users and their loved ones are invited to share specific aspects of their experience receiving care. The information gathered will go towards improving the quality of patient health and social services.
