SMRC's Dr. Harmehr Sekhon was invited to present her research on virtual reality at the 4th Digital Health Symposium, held by the United Nations General Assembly.
Dr. Sekhon presented both current and future research, focusing on creating and evaluating virtual reality applications aimed at improving digital literacy for older adults. Sharing this research at such a high level will help bridge this gap in healthcare access and encourage the development of more inclusive, progressive, and effective healthcare solutions tailored to vulnerable populations.
